For each person being registered, please include their: full name, email address, phone number, gender, and age — and , of couse, which event you're registering for!
NOTE: To be eligible for any early registration discount (if one is offered), your check MUST arrive by the expiration date for the offer. If, instead, it is a "limited tickets" offer (without an expiration date), then send an email with the above information (along with the number of tickets you're purchasing and the value of the check you'll be sending) — to reserve your tickets. Then you check must be *postmarked* within one day of your email in order to keep your reservation.
