Cancellation and Refund Policy
Circumstances come up. There are occasions where participants choose to cancel their participation in a workshop.
It's also true that people find reasons to avoid following through with work that can be personally confronting.
If you're considering canceling your participation in a workshop, we ask you to look at your reasons, and what other options are available that would enable you to follow through on your original commitment to powerfully participate.
That said, here is our refund policy, to clarify in advance, most questions that arise...
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so that we can attempt to fill your space.
Three Day (72-hour) notice on all One-Day events
Unless otherwise stated, for all day-long or shorter workshops and events, we have a strict three day cancellation/refund policy. If your plans change, some emergency comes up, or you change your mind about attending one of our events, and you can give us at least 72-hours notice by email or phone, we will happily refund you your monies in total, no questions asked. We offer no refund for no-shows or for cancellations with less than a 72-hour notice.
Having the pre-registration list finalized in advance allows us to make adjustments to the facilities and the design of the workshop that help us provide the quality of events for which we're known.
Multiple-Day Workshops and Events
Unless otherwise stated, for all multiple-day events we offer:
- A Full Tuition Refund for cancellations where we are given at least 30-days notice.
- Tuition Refund Minus Deposit Fees or $150 (which ever is greater) for cancellations where we are given at least 14-days notice, but less than 30 days.
We offer no refunds for: no-shows, missing part of the workshop, or cancellations with less than a 14-days notice.

If WholeBody Wisdom cancels or reschedules a workshop your pre-paid tuition will be refunded in full.
