Scott Longwell is the director of
WholeBody
Wisdom and identifies as a recovering intellectual.
Scott combines 20 years of management consulting, organizational development and
professional coaching and counseling with 25 years of dance and martial arts to
provide body-based experiential learning supported by powerful conceptual
models.
He's created a powerful method called WholeBody
Integration™ that aligns each
person’s mental & emotional body, physical & sexual
body and spiritual & subconscious body with his or her core essence. With
each part of a person feeling connected, empowered and included – the
“WholeBody” can work together as a team.

the Human Awareness Institute (HAI), as well as Non-Violent Communication, and
Iyengar & Ashtanga Yoga practices. He has taught at UC Berkeley and UC San
Francisco.
Through his workshops and
private sessions, Scott helps men, women
and couples transform their personal & professional lives and their

Taber Shadburne helps people transform their lives.
He’s been studying comparative
mysticism, Buddhism, psychology, and conscious communication since the
early ‘80’s, and teaching and counseling since 1990.
He’s completed two
years in residence at Dharma Rain Zen Center, dozens of silent meditation
retreats, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, training as a
Community-Building facilitator by M. Scott Peck’s F.C.E., certification as
a Radical Honesty Master Trainer and extensive work with Brad Blanton, and
many professional trainings. For a few years, he taught workshops, and
led alternative "One World Worship" services for the Radical Spirit
community. (Ironically, he coined the term Radical Intimacy before getting
involved with all these other "Radicals.")
He was recently published in
"The Heart Of Healing: Inspired Ideas, Wisdom And Comfort From Today's
Leading Voices" and is working on another book.
He is also a professional
singer-songwriter, with an “unplugged” solo album that he is re-recording
with a band. He lives in community in Oakland, where he recently founded
the Church of Soul, a progressive spiritual community center for
transformation, celebration and service.

Since the late 90s, I’ve gobbled up books, lectures
and workshops about how and why people do what we do –
from our motivations to our effectiveness.
Along the way I became friends with many coaches. Several shared with me
that most of what coaches are trained to do, I already do naturally:
powerfully listen, objectively support, insightfully inspire. And I love
doing it.
So I trained and certified through
Life Purpose
Institute, accredited through ICF, the
International Coach Federation.
I also served on the board of the
SF Coaches, the San
Francisco chapter of the
ICF.
My ongoing training includes:
I founded and direct Wise
Ass Wisdom, a smörgåsbord of peer-based, empowerment workshops that teach
how to jiggle the handle of personal growth; how to play with a purpose.
I co-founded Sound of Mind,
a non-profit providing online infrastructure and individual coaching for audio
artists.
And I first woke up to radical self-expression when working for
Burning Man, a
gift-exchange arts community. It’s practice for the apocalypse.
I also design, produce and facilitate team building programs, treasure hunts,
performance art tours and social experiments. For more info, check out my web

I have enjoyed a wide range of leadership and
teaching roles over the past ten years. And through this I have learned
that I am passionate about seeing people transform themselves in the arena
of relationships and communication. I myself am committed to communicating
clearly and compassionately and I bring the intention of service to this
work with the gifts of engaged presence and openness. I am experienced in
counseling people through their closures, blocks and struggles. I
encourage clients to embrace conflict, jealousy, anger, sorrow, joy. And I
celebrate with clients in their achievements, power and successes!
As a sex-positive counselor and coach I welcome and hold
space for any variety of lifestyle and love-style choices. I applaud and nurture
an individual or couple’s willingness to expand and grow as they curiously
explore their own perceived truths regarding lifestyle, relationships and
non-standard relating. It is my joy to engage clients in curious exploration,
empathy and openness to all possibilities.
I love learning and I bring my experience from a large
number of teachers. In my personal journey for continued personal growth I have
studied with WholeBody Wisdom. As well I have extensive training in, and
experience with teaching communication, meditation, yoga, art therapy, dance,
massage, breath work and holistic health. I am a group instructor, workshop
leader and holistic health counselor.

Brian O’Connell is guide and explorer of the body through bodywork,
ecstatic dance, contact improv, AcroPlay,
sensuality and sexuality. Many experience a deep sense of trust and
comfort in Brian’s presence -- allowing space for others to experience
their bodies/emotions in new ways.
Having attended and assisted in close to a dozen
WholeBody Wisdom weekend workshops,
Brian is excited about how he has transformed through this work and eager
to share this work with others.
