From Hwy 80, get off at University Ave.

Continue East on University Ave to Shattuck Ave,

Make a right onto Shattuck.

Inner Heat Yoga is at 64 Shattuck Sq. which is on your left (on the west
side of the Shattuck Square block).

Please note that this part of
Shattuck is a one-way street, southbound. If you're traveling north on
Shattuck Avenue, you'll have to turn left onto University Ave. and
immediately turn left again onto Inner Heat's block of Shattuck Square.
They're half a block down on your left, and there are bicycle racks
outside.
