Harbin Hot Springs

As most of you know, Harbin is an amazing hotsprings resort set in a wooded valley among walking trails with a restaurant, café, wood decks with big views, free movies, a library, yoga, a temple, a garden, a massage, watsu & bodywork center, lots of deer, wild turkeys, and other animals.

Harbin is part of beautiful Lake County adjacent to California's famous wine country. It is approximately a two hour drive from San Francisco, close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing.

Harbin is located on over 1600 acres of private, undeveloped woodland. Large soaking pools and sprawling redwood sundecks welcome sunning, soaking or swimming.

Large soaking pools let you enjoy spring waters as they come from Mother Earth... very hot, soothingly warm, or breathtakingly cold. Thanks to a state-of-the-art filtration system, even the large swimming pool contains absolutely no chlorine. Sprawling sun decks -- like the entire pool area -- welcome sunning, soaking and swimming with or without swimsuits.

The Conference Center

We'll have use of Harbin's premier workshop/retreat space.

The private Harbin conference center including 2 additional soaking pools, catered meals, an air conditioned workshop room, cozy wood burning stoves, convenient parking, redwood decks, a nearby stream, hiking trails and camp-style accommodations.

The two outdoor pools, which can be set for different temperatures, making one perfect for Watsu (water massage) and another for social or meditative soaking

The conference center normally holds 50-80 people, but we're aiming for 35-40, so we'll have lots of room.

Indoor or Tent Camping

You may choose to sleep:

on a covered deck overlooking the creek, adjacent to the workshop room,
outside under the stars, or
you can bring your own tent and set it up on or near the conference center grounds.

There are flat spots along the stream with nearby parking. Camping in the shade of trees, where I can hear the running stream, is one of my favorite ways to camp. This is camping in luxury.
