What do you truly desire?
-
What would your life look like if you created a context where you
are encouraged to fully express your deepest truth?
-
Are you able to ask for what
you truly desire -- and then have
total ease and joy if someone says No?
-
Can you consistently say No with
ease and confidence -- while staying open, connected and loving with the person making the request?
-
What would it feel like to shed obligation and sacrifice, and
consistently create Win-Win Relationships?
-
Imagine that your authentic emotional expression inspired others
to truly:
-
Listen to you
-
Understand you
-
Nurture you
How good would this feel?
Through games, movement, sharing, and embodied activities (in groups,
with partners, and individually) we'll dramatically improve our ability
to:
-
Ask for our 100% with joy, ease and openness
-
Delight in giving and/or getting an honest No
-
Consistently create mutually exciting agreements instead of
disappointing compromises, and
-
Relish the pleasure of freely giving and receiving whole-hearted Yes's
that deeply excite us.
