Unleashing the Power of your Heart, Mind & Body

Embodied Community Retreat
@ Harbin Hot Springs
Asking for Your 100%

May 11-13, 2007

What do you truly desire?

  • What would your life look like if you created a context where you are encouraged to fully express your deepest truth?

  • Are you able to ask for what you truly desire -- and then have total ease and joy if someone says No?

  • Can you consistently say No with ease and confidence -- while staying open, connected and loving with the person making the request?

  • What would it feel like to shed obligation and sacrifice, and consistently create Win-Win Relationships?

  • Imagine that your authentic emotional expression inspired others to truly:

    • Listen to you

    • Understand you

    • Nurture you

How good would this feel?

Through games, movement, sharing, and embodied activities (in groups, with partners, and individually) we'll dramatically improve our ability to:

  • Ask for our 100% with joy, ease and openness

  • Delight in giving and/or getting an honest No

  • Consistently create mutually exciting agreements instead of disappointing compromises, and

  • Relish the pleasure of freely giving and receiving whole-hearted Yes's that deeply excite us.

WholeBody Wisdom takes you on a journey into truth, intimacy and freedom. We'll explore key Principles of WholeBody Wisdom, while enjoying each other's company and our luxurious surroundings.

Our playground will be the gorgeous Harbin Hot Springs conference center, a large open space with high ceilings and two private pools, situated next to a creek, surrounded by woods, and a short walk from the natural hot springs. Professionally catered, sumptuously healthy meals are provided.

The Warm Pool -- in the main Harbin area

Large room in conference center

It's a great space to dance, play, and grow -- connecting with old friends and making new ones.

One of the two pools we'll have private use of at the conference center

This multi-dimensional, experiential workshop is going to be fun and empowering.

It will be taught using WholeBody Learning. In addition to learning concepts in your mental body -- you'll also experience them in your physical, emotional & intuitive bodies -- your "WholeBody." Thus, you'll be better able to fully embody your new-found power & freedom.
