What to Bring:

Bottle of water.

Seating Material for sitting on the
floor (such as: Pillow, kneeling bench, back-jack, yoga
block, etc.): Bring what you need so that you can sit on the
carpeted
floor in an upright and "open" position. There will be times that we
practice contradicting our bodies' typical habits of closure by sitting
upright on the floor with our chest/heart open.

Snacks/Food/Money: Snacks
&/or meals are not provided. Bring your own snacks
plus bring either a "bag" meal or money to buy food for the 6ish meal
break.

Comfortable, Loose, Layered Clothing:
This will free you up for sitting on the floor and any exercises that
may involve moving around a lot. FYI: We'll be shoeless, so save your
fancy shoes for other events!)
NOTE: We aim for the workshop space to be on the cool/chilly
side to keep the participants invigorated and awake. But the room and
you will heat-up during some of the exercises -- so do bring layers
to so you'll be comfortable in both situations!
