We live in a world that sends us very confusing messages about masculinity and femininity.
At WholeBody Wisdom, we believe that all men & women naturally possess both Masculine and Feminine qualities — each person has a unique mix of each. We find that people are most powerful, effective, and free when they can animate both their masculine and feminine from a place of love and openness as opposed to fear and defensiveness.
This workshop helps us find what our intrinsic individual mix is — and experience the strength and freedom inherent in acting from that authentic place. Furthermore, when we learn to express ourselves from our most authentic place — we become more attractive, trustable, and inspiring to others.

This workshop is influenced by the teachings of David Deida and Ken Wilber and taught by Scott Longwell using WholeBody Learning and the embodiment methods of WholeBody Wisdom.
Deida is an author and teacher of a new way of viewing and working with Masculine & Feminine energies. (And at the same time grounded in ancient Tantra teachings — yet very different from most tantra that is currently taught in the U.S.)
This work is for people who are interested in leaning into their edge while having humor around noticing as one's buttons get pushed. It's an environment to possibly get triggered and then be supported around finding one's deeper power and staying open in the face of life's challenges.
It's about Radiance & Presence and being at choice around when and how you animate each. It's about fully owning and embodying Leading & Following, Masculinity & Femininity, Control & Surrender, D/S ... from a place of choice, openness and love … instead of being motivated by societal rules and ones own fear.

We'll start off the workshop by watching part of Deida's Spirit - Sex - Love Video.
Then, Scott Longwell will lead us through interactive exercises and practices where we'll gain a deeper understanding of how our masculine and feminine essence play out in relation to one another.
The goals of the workshop include:
- Challenging & inspiring the masculine to be consciously present, loving & deeply trustable — even in the face of real world challenges.
- Creating a container for the feminine to open in full radiance — while feeling the unique power and freedom that comes from tapping into authentic feminine energy.
- Witnessing how a polarity of Masculine & Feminine energy can enhance the chemistry & eroticism of a relationship.

This experiential workshop will be taught using WholeBody Learning.
